We are an Independent Lettings and Sales Agent with 20 years experience in Hailsham, Eastbourne, Heathfield and surrounding areas. As well as the services you would come to expect from an Independent Agent we also offer Block Management, Maintenance and Project Management plus a Consultancy Service. LETTINGS
We believe in taking a personal and direct approach to ensure we match the right Landlord and Tenant to one another. We understand the leap of faith taken allowing someone else to live in and take care of your investment. As such, we take that responsibility seriously. Whether you have one property or ten – the attention is the same. To further protect your investment; we use specialised third parties for complete and thorough referencing and property inventory services.
We advertise our available properties on Zoopla, Prime Location, our own website and social media platforms. We have office space and are happy to meet with you there by appointment.
SALES
Newly launched in December 2020 due to Client demand. We pride ourselves on honest valuations as we want to be able to sell your home for the right price and enable you to move onto your next chapter.
By using a professional photography company, we show your home in it’s best possible light (with no trickery) and provide those looking for their new home a virtual tour and floor plan. We carry out all viewings ourselves so you don’t have to. As with our Lettings listings, we advertise on Zoopla, Prime Location, our own website and social media platforms.
CONSULTANCY
Legislation is changing all the time and it isn’t as easy as it once was to be compliant as a self-managed Landlord. As part of our Consultancy Service we are here to help you navigate the complex regulatory landscape.

MAINTENANCE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
KLA Properties have a maintenance team who assist their lettings department but are also available to provide quotes to anyone requiring help with small or large jobs around the home. We have specialised trades people on the team to complete bathroom re-fits, kitchen installations, day to day plumbing, tiling, decorating, electrical works – the list is endless!

TENANTS
We are here to help. Often it is felt that an Agent’s client is the Landlord and whilst that is true, Tenants are also. We can give advice from either perspective and there aren’t many problems we can’t help you overcome. If you feel lost with a situation (even if you are not a tenant of KLA Properties), please pick up the phone.

2024 marks our 4th anniversary and what a way to enter into our 4th year – as winners!
As an Independent and small Agency, it can be easy to forget ourselves in amongst the High Street Agents. Some industry awards are only open to those who advertise on certain portals for eye watering amounts of money which isn’t always viable for start-ups or solo-run Agencies, so to receive both accolades out of the blue was a real boost to end 2023 on and start 2024 with.
