She not only sifted through numerous applicants so I didn’t have to, she went above and beyond to ensure I could have peace of mind that they would be the right fit. Firstly my apologies for not coming back to you sooner, as you are aware, I have been busy transitioning into my new accommodation, I can now report that the process is now complete and I am  now happily settled in.

Kirsty has been so completely amazing since I was first in contact with her. She was the only agent to reply to my enquiries all other agents required chasing non stop chasing. Kirsty remained in contact and found me the perfect home. She had been constantly updating me and even with maintenance issues promoted a reply within minutes with a contractor attending half an hour later. Amazing service from Kirsty. Thank you for finding me and rocko the best home. He has been loving the garden and thinks your pretty great too 😁 Kirsty goes over and above and any landlord looking to rent their property couldn’t ask for a better agent. I have seen  how hard Kirsty  has worked
In making KLA Properties  what it is now.
Landlords can leave their properties in the safe hands of Kirsty  and on the other hand
prospective  tenants  can be assured that she will do her best to find the right property  for them .

On the maintenance  side James  is a true professional.
I have seen his work Kitchen  and Bathroom
that have been fitted by him, they are perfect.
Not only does he do the above mentioned
but also repair work of all kinds .
Has  repaired  my gutters,barge boards , completely  repaired my garden fence, repaired a large  water damaged ceiling
re-plastered  and added coving
Fitted a kitchen including the plumbing and flooring, what can  I say all perfect .

Using KLA Properties to install our new kitchen was the best decision we could have made!  Absolutely 1st Class service from start to finish.  James was so hard-working, always on time, worked really hard even whilst the temperature was so hot in the kitchen due to the recent hot weather we have had.  His craftmanship, knowledge and work ethic was 100%  Every day when he finished for the day he always cleaned up.  When the kitchen was finished he even cleaned the windows, that's how much pride he takes in his work and this is the service that you get from KLA Properties.
