We provide regular leaseholder updates, quarterly site inspections and scheduled meetings, ensuring you always have full visibility over your building, finances, and ongoing works. Where required, we also support AGMs and long-term maintenance planning to help safeguard the value and condition of your property.
 
Should you decide to change your managing agent, we will carefully manage the transition process. This includes working with the current agent to ensure we have as much information as is available, set up protected client accounts to receive and hold funds, reviewing compliance requirements, contacting contractors and introducing ourselves to residents. We work closely with Directors to establish requirements, prepare realistic service charge budgets and identify opportunities to reduce ongoing costs without compromising standards.
 
As an independent agent, we pride ourselves on delivering a personal, local service. Wherever possible, we work with trusted local contractors or our professional in-house team while remaining fully open to Director or leaseholder contractor nominations, ensuring all works are tendered openly and fairly.
