We are an independent lettings agent with 20 years experience in Hailsham, Eastbourne, Heathfield and surrounding areas. As well as the services you would come to expect from an independent lettings agent we also offer block management, maintenance and project management and a consultancy service. LETTINGS
Lettings is our speciality – we believe in taking a personal and direct approach to ensure we match the right Landlord and Tenant to one another. We understand the leap of faith taken allowing someone else to live in and take care of your investment. As such, we take that responsibility seriously. Whether you have one property or ten – the attention is the same. To further protect your investment; we use specialised third parties for complete and thorough referencing and property inventory services. We always conduct inspections ourselves as we know how important it is to remain present throughout the tenancy
We advertise our available properties on Zoopla, Prime Location, our own website and social media platforms.
MAINTENANCE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
KLA Properties have a maintenance team who assist their lettings department but are also available to provide quotes to anyone requiring help with small or large jobs around the home. We have specialised trades people on the team to complete bathroom re-fits, kitchen installations, day to day plumbing, tiling, decorating, electrical works – the list is endless!

CONSULTANCY
Legislation is changing all the time and it isn’t as easy as it once was to be compliant as a self-managed Landlord. As part of our Consultancy Service we are here to help you navigate the complex regulatory landscape.

We are here to help. Often it is felt that an Agent’s client is the Landlord and whilst that is true, Tenants are also. We can give advice from either perspective and there aren’t many problems we can’t help you overcome. 2026 marks our 5th anniversary and we are proud to have received awards in recent years as well as 5* Google reviews.
As an independent and small agency, it can be easy to forget ourselves in amongst the High Street Agents. Some industry awards are only open to those who advertise on certain portals for eye watering amounts of money which isn’t always viable for start-ups or solo-run agencies, so to receive accolades out of the blue in 2023 and 2024 and into 2025 was a real boost.
