Property Maintenance is of course an important part of letting your property and to make that part less stressful, KLA Properties have their own highly talented Maintenance and Refurbishment team who can take care of any plumbing, electrical or general maintenance issues that may occur. Should you be a self-managed or investment Landlord, we can also assist with organising quotes for any works you may require at change of tenancy or purchase of a new property. The Maintenance and Project Management is still overseen by Kirsty and with over 20 years in the Industry, her attention to detail and expectations are extremely high (much to some contractor’s annoyance)

Kitchen Replace
The Client had a kitchen pre designed and ordered when we were asked to quote. We were then hired to remove the original kitchen, make good of the walls and install the new complete kitchen.
The installation included all electrics, decorating and flooring (which was supplied by the client). The kitchen was prebuilt so required a few tweaks but both the Client and ourselves were extremely pleased with the end result.

Kitchen Uplift
We removed and installed a new, but budget kitchen for one of our Landlords as the original one was tired and in need of repair. As you can see the transformation was impressive and both Landlord and Tenants extremely happy.

Bathroom Redesign
Complete reconfiguration of a bathroom to accommodate the client’s brief. We moved the doorway to the left to utilise dead space and took out the bay windowsill to find more space. The plumbing was moved so the bath could be installed on the opposite side of the room enabling a vanity unit to be added to the room for storage. Cubby holes were built and walls fully tiled with spotlights for mood lighting and the suite installed.

Conservatory with warm roof
The client purchased a second hand conservatory with a view to creating an extra living space.
We covered the job from start to finish; digging foundations, building the blockwork, insulation, installing the frame which was sanded and painted to refresh it, replaced all handles, built and insulated the roof then tiled with composite tiles, carefully grinded the flint to be able to set the lead correctly.
All decoration externally and internally was carried out by us including fitting the flooring.

Fireplace Uplift
Original fireplace that the client required a modern finish on. You can see from the brick front that it wasn’t a flush surface, so that was part of the job also.
Us and the client were very pleased with the final look!

Bathroom Refurb
Our Client had a dated bathroom and had a clear idea of what they wanted their new modern bathroom to look like. They supplied all the materials, so we were hired to install it.
Working with the client, we created a modern family bathroom including cubby holes above the bath with lighting.

Refurb for a rental property. We planned the entire room, sourced materials then oversaw the installation.

Shower Cubical Fix
A Leak was discovered into the ground floor. We stripped off the tiles and allowed the cubical to dry before boarding and retiling. Mastic was removed and replaced.

We were asked to board and tile a fireplace area created by a client’s father. The client supplied the brick slips and we boarded, tiled and pointed.
