Access & usage for 12 months of the year is as follows; from 1st March to 31st October 7 days a week for any duration, November until end of February every weekend, plus a full 2 weeks access during Christmas and New Year period. Please note that there are no rentals on Bywaves all are owner occupied, subletting or Air BnB are not permitted.
